Step One: Contract & Payment

Download and sign the Re-Enrollment Contract
The contract must be signed by both parents/guardians, if applicable.

Pay the tuition deposit and submit the contract to the Business Office.
We accept cash, check or wire transfers.

If a Payment Plan was chosen, complete the TMS Payment Plan Form.
Available for domestic families only. Not available for international families.

Return all of the forms above and payment to the Business Office. 


Step Two:
 Documents & Forms

Fax, mail or hand deliver to the Elementary School Office.

  • Health Insurance Card (copy of the front and back)

Additional Items

  • Mandatory Summer Reading List (Coming Soon)
  • School Calendar (important dates)
