Extended Day is offered Monday through Friday from 2:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. when school has a full-day session. Extended Day is not available on half-day sessions.
Upon arrival to Extended Day, a healthy snack is provided. After snack, children in grades 2-5 attend study hall from 3:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. and children in grades PreK-1 play fun activities outside or inside depending upon weather.

Payment Plan Overview:
Registration Fee: $35 (due at time of application)
Yearly Contract: $2,200 paid in full ($140 discount)
Monthly Contract: $2,340 ($260 due on the first of the month beginning September 1st – May 1st)
Daily Drop-In Rate: $20 (due at time of pick-up)
A late pick-up fee of $1.00 a minute will be charged after 5:30 p.m.
If payment is not paid in full at the beginning of the year, then payment needs to be paid in advance each month. Your account must be kept current for your child to continue to participate in the Extended Day Program.
All provisions of your enrollment contract apply to the Extended Day Program Contract.
Your financial obligation is for the full year. No reduction will be made by the Academy for absence, withdrawal or dismissal.
