Thank you for your interest in the Admiral Farragut Academy Annual Report of Gifts and Giving for 2007-08. We have worked hard to create a document which will give you a sense of the incredible accomplishments that happened with our students and cadets this last year.
I am particularly pleased to present this Annual Report to you for two reasons:
1. The Financial Review of giving to the Academy and the expenses/distribution of funds has been presented in manner that we hope is easier than ever to understand and will perhaps fuel some ideas of your own on how you may want to direct your giving for the current school-year (see p.4).
2. We have been exceedingly fortunate to start out the new school-year with significant giving already underway by the Bellini Family and St. Louis Family (see p. 16).
It is always an honor to be able to recognize those who understand how unique the "Farragut Experience" is and the incredible benefits our students enjoy. The Annual Report on Gifts and Giving allows us to say thank you to these special people and take just a moment to celebrate the successes that have been made possible by their generosity. If you are listed as a donor on the pages of this report, let me again say Thank you! Our cadets and students are the reason we all do what we do and our donors are the reason we can be successful in crafting a significant future for each one.
