The middle school marine science class was learning about Archimedes' principle of buoyancy and how it applies to floating objects. The students designed and constructed cardboard boats that were able to hold at least one person and could be launched and paddled the length of the AFA pool to test this principle of buoyancy.

Our Exhibition Drill Team succesfully performed for the Change of Command Ceremony at the USS Farragut at Naval Station Mayport in Jacksonville. This was our second Change of Command performance.
