Alumni Shirt Order Form

The collared Alumni Shirt is "Butter and Navy", made of a high quality pima cotton, which is very soft and holds up well over many, many washings. The shirt is embroidered with the AFA Alumni Association Logo, with the embroidered graduation year underneath the logo. This shirt is available to all Alumni on an ordered basis with delivery within three weeks time. The basic cost of the shirt is $39 plus $10 shipping and handling for all orders within the Continental United States. For sizes extra, extra large (XXL) add $3 and for extra, extra, extra large (XXXL) add $5. Multiple shirt orders will be shipped at the base $10 shipping and handling charges.
